Do you build custom software or only implement Odoo?
Both. Pandoratech builds and operates its own SaaS products — Waiteroo, Zynko, RetailInn and SalonOnClick — alongside its Odoo practice. That means implementation advice comes from a team that also ships and supports production software, not only from configuration experience.
How long does a typical project take?
Pre-configured industry editions go live in one day. Custom Odoo implementations typically run 45 to 90 days depending on the number of modules, users and integrations. Mobile and web projects are scoped individually with a fixed written scope before work starts.
Do you provide support in Arabic?
Yes. Support, training and user interfaces are available in both English and Arabic. Pandoratech resolves more than 500 support requests each month, Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time.
