Role-based Odoo training in English and Arabic
ERP projects don’t fail at go-live — they fail three months later when nobody uses the system properly. We train each role on your real workflows, with your real data, in the language your team works in.
Odoo training teaches employees the tasks and controls they need in their actual roles. Pandoratech scopes English and Arabic sessions around the customer’s configured system, using a training environment for practical exercises. Finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse and administrator tracks are designed separately, with completion checks and agreed reference materials.

The challenge
Sound familiar?
The team went back to Excel two weeks after go-live
Only one employee knows how anything works
Reports are wrong because data entry is wrong
In detail · 01
Train by role and business journey
A salesperson needs to qualify a lead, issue an approved quotation and hand an order to operations. A warehouse user needs receipts, transfers, picking and stock counts. Finance needs posting, reconciliation, credit notes and period-end controls. Showing every trainee every menu makes it harder to learn the tasks they perform daily.
The curriculum starts from sample documents and the customer’s approved procedures. Sessions cover normal work and common exceptions, including partial deliveries, rejected approvals and incorrect entries. Managers learn the reports and controls needed to supervise the process rather than only the data-entry screens.

Practise without affecting live business
Hands-on exercises should use an agreed training copy or safe sample dataset. Outgoing messages, integrations and scheduled actions are controlled so practice transactions do not reach customers or suppliers. Access permissions in training should resemble the trainee’s real role; administrator access can hide the problems a normal user will encounter.
Completion is demonstrated through a practical scenario: create the document, process the exception and retrieve the relevant report. The trainer records questions that need a configuration change rather than treating every difficulty as a training issue. This feedback can be incorporated into the rollout backlog.

Give the team a usable reference after the session
Useful handover materials explain the customer’s workflow, required fields, approval responsibilities and correction route. Screenshots should match the installed version and permissions. We agree whether the scope includes quick guides, detailed manuals, recordings or administrator notes before delivery.
A train-the-trainer track helps internal owners onboard new staff and maintain operating procedures. Refresher sessions are most useful after an agreed process change or when ticket patterns show repeated mistakes. Their frequency and inclusion in a support contract are agreed rather than assumed.

Frequently asked questions
Do you train on our own Odoo configuration?
Yes. Training is planned around the installed version, modules, permissions and approved workflows. A training copy or safe dataset is agreed before practical exercises. This lets users practise the documents and exceptions they will encounter while avoiding accidental changes or messages in the production system.
Can sessions be delivered in Arabic and English?
Yes. Pandoratech scopes training in Arabic or English to match the team. The session plan identifies the language, role groups and supporting materials. Bilingual delivery should also explain terminology used in the actual screens and documents so staff can work together consistently after training.
How large should a training group be?
Group size depends on the role, exercise complexity and the amount of individual practice required. Users with different responsibilities are usually better served by separate tracks. The proposal agrees the session format and number of groups so participants have time to complete tasks and ask operational questions.
Is this official Odoo certification training?
No. The service is practical training on the customer’s business system. Any course-completion acknowledgement should be identified separately from official Odoo certification. Pandoratech is an independent implementation company; certification exams and official credentials are not implied by attending a customer training session.
