AI agents that do the chasing, so your team does the thinking
An AI agent reads a goal, gathers what it needs from your systems, takes bounded actions and reports back. We build agents for UAE businesses that work inside your ERP, CRM and inboxes — with approval thresholds, allow-lists and a full audit trail, so autonomy never becomes a liability.
AI agents are software systems that pursue a goal across multiple steps: gathering information, making bounded decisions and acting inside business tools like ERP, CRM and email. Pandoratech builds agents for UAE companies with human approval thresholds, action allow-lists, complete audit logs and kill-switch controls — autonomy with governance built in from day one.

What agents do
Six workflow families, ready to delegate
Each family is a proven pattern: the agent prepares, a human decides, the system records.
Lead research & CRM updates
New leads are enriched from public sources, scored against your criteria and matched to the right salesperson — with a drafted opener a human reviews before sending.
Invoice & document processing
Incoming invoices, delivery notes and receipts are read, matched to purchase orders and posted to the ERP — mismatches go to an exception queue.
Approval chasing & escalation
The agent tracks pending approvals, nudges the right person on email or WhatsApp, and escalates to a manager when a deadline slips — no stalled paperwork.
Report compilation
Weekly and monthly packs assembled from the ERP, spreadsheets and inboxes into one consistent document, delivered on schedule — numbers your Monday meeting can trust.
Customer inquiry triage & draft replies
Inquiries are classified, matched to order and ticket history, and answered with a draft in the customer’s language — your team approves or edits.
Stock & reorder monitoring
Stock levels, supplier lead times and sales velocity are watched continuously; crossed thresholds produce a draft purchase order the buyer confirms with one tap.
Control first
Four guardrail layers on every agent
Autonomy without control is a liability. These four layers ship with every agent we build — not optional extras.
Human approval thresholds
Every agent has value and impact limits. Below the line it acts alone; above it, the action waits for a named approver — by email, WhatsApp or in the ERP.
Action allow-lists
An agent can only do what is explicitly on its list: read these tables, post to these accounts, send these templates. Everything else is refused by design.
Full audit log
Every read, decision and action is logged with inputs, outputs and timestamps — so “why did it do that?” has a detailed answer months later.
Kill-switch, rate limits & quiet hours
Pause any agent instantly. Rate limits cap actions per hour, and quiet hours keep customer-facing messages inside business-appropriate windows.
Where agents plug in
Connected to the systems you already run
Agents read and write through governed API connections — never shared passwords or screen-scraping.
Odoo & other ERPs
Deep two-way Odoo integration is our home ground since 2012; other ERPs connect through their documented APIs.
CRM systems
Leads, activities, pipelines and histories read and written in step with your sales process.
Email & calendars
Shared inboxes triaged, replies drafted, meetings scheduled against real availability.
WhatsApp Business
Customer and internal notifications through approved business templates — the channel the UAE actually reads.
Document stores
Google Drive, SharePoint and shared drives searched, filed and kept in order.
Accounting & payment systems
Invoices posted, payments reconciled and exceptions raised — with your finance controls intact.
Frequently asked questions
What can an agent do without asking a human first?
Only what its allow-list and thresholds permit: reading data, drafting replies, preparing records. Anything that spends money, changes a customer-facing record or crosses a value limit waits for a named approver. You set the boundaries; the agent cannot widen them.
What happens when an agent makes a mistake or a system is down?
Failed actions retry, then land in an exception queue with full context for a human to resolve. Every decision is logged, so a wrong action can be traced and reversed. Agents are designed to fail safe: when unsure, they ask.
How do approvals work in practice?
The approver gets a compact summary — what the agent wants to do, why, and the supporting data — on WhatsApp, email or inside Odoo. One tap approves or rejects, and the decision is recorded with a timestamp and identity.
How is this kept secure?
Agents run with least-privilege credentials and scoped API tokens, with no writes outside their allow-list. Data stays in your chosen UAE region or on-premise, and input filtering protects agents that read external content from prompt injection.
Can you walk through a real example?
A new lead arrives. The agent enriches it from public sources, scores it against your criteria, finds the right salesperson, drafts an opening message about the lead’s business, and queues it for review. The salesperson approves, edits or discards — the CRM updates either way.
Which systems can agents connect to?
Odoo and other ERPs, CRMs, email and calendars, WhatsApp Business, document stores and accounting systems — through scoped API credentials. If a system has no API, we assess options during discovery, including Odoo-side workflows that bridge the gap.
