AI training that changes how your team works
Tools do not adopt themselves. We train executives, managers, power users and technical teams in English or Arabic — on your own documents and systems — then follow up at 30, 60 and 90 days until new habits stick.
Pandoratech delivers AI training and enablement for UAE businesses through four role-based tracks — executives, managers, power users and technical teams — taught in English or Arabic, on-site in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain or remotely, using labs built on your own data, with adoption follow-ups at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Who we train
Four tracks, because roles use AI differently
A board member and a support agent need different depth. Each track has its own curriculum, exercises and success measure.
Executives
A half-day briefing on what AI can and cannot do, where it pays and what to govern — no jargon, no demos for their own sake.
- Strategy briefing: capabilities, limits and real cost drivers
- Governance essentials every board should ask about
- Investment criteria: how to judge an AI proposal
Managers
A working session on redesigning workflows around AI and setting KPIs that tell you whether it is actually helping.
- Pick candidate processes inside your own department
- Set success metrics before any tool is switched on
- Review discipline: weekly checks on quality and adoption
Power users
Hands-on prompting and assistant work on real tasks from your queue — attendees leave with templates they built themselves.
- Prompt practice on your documents, not toy examples
- Using RAG assistants and checking cited sources
- When to trust, when to verify, when to escalate
Technical teams
For the IT staff and developers who will run the systems: integration patterns, evaluation basics and the security model behind it all.
- API integration patterns with your ERP and CRM
- Evaluation basics: test sets, thresholds, regression checks
- Security and access control for AI workloads
How delivery works
From baseline survey to lasting habits
Training is measured by what changes afterwards. That is why follow-up is built into the engagement, not sold separately.
- 1
Skills baseline survey
A short bilingual survey per participant maps current usage, confidence and the tasks that eat their week.
- 2
Role-based curriculum
Content and exercises are assembled per track from your survey results — no generic slide deck.
- 3
Hands-on labs on your data
Participants work in a sandbox loaded with your documents and systems, so every exercise feels like the real job.
- 4
Follow-up at 30/60/90 days
Adoption and quality checks at three intervals, with refresher sessions where a habit has not yet stuck.
What changes
Outcomes we design the training around
Attendance is not an outcome. These are the three shifts we build every curriculum to produce.
Confident, compliant usage
Staff use AI daily within the policy you set — knowing which data may go where, and when a human must check the output.
Hours returned to teams
Drafting, searching and triage shrink measurably; we track before-and-after task times so the saving is evidenced, not felt.
A shared vocabulary
Leadership and teams discuss AI with the same terms and expectations, so projects stop stalling in translation between floors.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver training in Arabic?
Yes — every track runs in English or Arabic, or bilingually for mixed teams. Materials, exercises and slides exist in both languages, and our trainers present in both, using Gulf dialect examples where they help understanding.
On-site or remote?
Both. On-site sessions run Sunday to Thursday anywhere in the UAE — most clients choose their own offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. Remote delivery uses the same labs over video, split into shorter sessions to keep energy up.
What group sizes work best?
Executive briefings work up to ten. Hands-on tracks cap at twelve per session so every participant gets machine time and feedback. Larger departments are split into cohorts — cheaper per head and better learning outcomes.
What materials are included?
Each participant gets bilingual workbooks, prompt templates built during labs, a policy quick-reference card and recordings where sessions are remote. Everything is yours to keep and reuse for future hires.
How do you measure adoption?
Three ways: task-time measurements before and after, usage telemetry from the tools we deploy, and the 30/60/90-day follow-ups where managers report what actually changed. If a habit has not stuck, we run a targeted refresher.
Do you train on our tools or yours?
Yours. Labs are built on the assistants, ERP and document stores you already run — or the ones we are deploying for you. Skills transfer better when the screen looks like a normal working morning.
