Odoo Sales & CRM: pipeline to invoice in one flow

Track every lead, quote in minutes, and see exactly where deals die — with sales, invoicing, and stock in the same system.

Odoo CRM and Sales connect enquiries, opportunities, quotations and orders so the team can track customer decisions and operational handoffs. Pandoratech configures lead ownership, pipeline stages, activities, pricing and approval rules. The implementation is tested through order fulfilment and invoicing, with access and reporting matched to the customer’s sales structure.

UAE compliance notes

Quotations and invoices show the TRN and VAT breakdown, and Arabic and English templates are part of the setup. Your finance team approves the tax treatment behind them.

Use stages that represent a sales decision

A pipeline is useful when each stage has an entry condition, owner and next action. We define how enquiries arrive, when a lead becomes a qualified opportunity and what counts as won or lost. Required fields should support follow-up and reporting rather than force salespeople to enter information nobody uses.

Lead assignment can follow team, territory, product or another agreed rule. Managers need visibility without exposing unrelated companies or restricted accounts. Activity scheduling and lost reasons help distinguish delayed follow-up from an uncompetitive quotation or an unsuitable enquiry.

Connect quotations to delivery and invoicing

Quotation acceptance depends on product data, price lists, discounts, currencies and the approval rules for exceptions. We test an approved quote through sales order, reservation or service delivery and invoice creation. Partial deliveries, cancellations and changes after confirmation should have a defined operational route.

Website forms, email intake, messaging and external channels need individually scoped integrations. A lead appearing in CRM should have the correct source, ownership and permissions. Forecasts are reviewed against agreed stage meanings and expected dates, not assumed reliable solely because a dashboard is available.

Frequently asked questions

Can website enquiries create CRM leads?

Yes. A website can create leads through an agreed authenticated integration. The scope maps the form fields, source, assignment and duplicate handling, and tests what happens if the ERP is unavailable. A visually working form is not enough; acceptance should confirm that a usable lead reaches the right team.

Can we control discounts and quotation approvals?

Yes. Approval design starts with limits, authorised roles and the treatment of a changed quotation. Some requirements fit standard settings while others need an additional module or custom rule. Tests should include allowed discounts, blocked actions and the effect of revisions after approval.

Does CRM include every messaging and signature feature?

No. Messaging, electronic signature, commissions and external channel connections depend on the selected version, edition, modules and provider terms. They are reviewed separately in the scope. Pandoratech demonstrates the required journey on the proposed stack rather than treating every available Odoo feature as included by default.
