AI that works inside your ERP, not beside it
Your ERP already holds the truth about your business — orders, invoices, stock, customers, tickets. We wire AI into it properly: permission-trimmed data, models hosted in UAE regions, and every automated change written back under a full audit trail.
AI–ERP integration connects large language models and machine-learning services directly to ERP systems such as Odoo: reading records under existing user permissions, suggesting values inside forms, capturing documents into accounting and inventory, forecasting demand and drafting follow-ups — with UAE data-residency hosting and a full audit trail on every write-back.

Integration patterns
Six ways AI shows up inside the ERP
Each pattern stands alone; most deployments combine two or three.
Suggestions inside Odoo forms
Next-step hints, suggested values and drafted text appear in the Odoo screens your team already uses — no new app to learn.
Document capture into accounting & inventory
Supplier invoices, receipts and delivery notes become draft entries matched to purchase orders and stock moves.
Forecasting on ERP data
Sales and demand forecasts built on your own order history — including Ramadan seasonality and promotion effects — shown where purchasing decides.
Support copilot over tickets & history
Agents get drafted replies grounded in ticket history, product data and past resolutions, with sources cited.
Semantic search across ERP records
Ask in plain English or Arabic — “which customers ordered this line last quarter?” — and get answers with links to the records.
Follow-ups by email & WhatsApp
Quotation follow-ups, payment reminders and delivery notices drafted and queued for approval, in the customer’s language.
Data flow
From ERP event to audited write-back
The same four stages, whether the model answers a search or drafts a follow-up.
- 01
ERP events & records
A new order, invoice, ticket or stock move triggers the flow — read under the user’s own permissions.
- 02
Secure, permission-trimmed pipeline
Only the fields each user may see leave the ERP, over encrypted connections, logged end to end.
- 03
Model inference, UAE-hosted or private
Requests go to models in UAE cloud regions or private endpoints — never to train public models.
- 04
Write-back with audit trail
Results land back in the ERP as suggestions or approved actions — who, what and when always recorded.
Zynko AI Hub
Already on Odoo? Start with AI Hub
The fastest route to AI inside your ERP is the add-on we built ourselves.
- Zynko AI Hub is Pandoratech’s own AI add-on for Odoo — designed, built and supported by the same team you are talking to.
- Semantic search and an assistant over your Odoo data, working out of the box.
- Bilingual EN/AR interface, designed for Gulf teams and Arabic-first users.
- No migration and no re-implementation — it installs alongside your current Odoo system.

Frequently asked questions
Which Odoo versions do you support?
Odoo Community and Enterprise, versions 14 through 18, on Odoo.sh, on-premise or our UAE hosting. Older versions can usually be reached via their API or database — we confirm with a short technical check before quoting.
Can you integrate AI with ERPs other than Odoo?
Yes, provided the system exposes an API or a readable database. We have integrated with accounting, POS and industry systems across the UAE. The patterns on this page are ERP-agnostic; the depth of integration depends on the system’s own interfaces.
Does our data leave the ERP?
Only what each request needs, and only under the requesting user’s permissions. Inference runs in UAE cloud regions or on private endpoints, traffic is encrypted, and contract terms forbid training on your data. We document the full data path for your compliance file.
Will AI slow down our ERP?
No. Inference runs asynchronously on separate infrastructure; the ERP only sends and receives small payloads. Heavy jobs such as forecasting or batch capture are queued off-peak, so screens stay fast during business hours.
How is pricing structured?
Two parts: a one-off integration scope (connectors, screens, workflows) and a running cost driven by model usage and hosting choices. We quote per tenant after a short discovery — there is no generic price list, because no two ERPs are configured alike.
Can automated changes require human approval first?
Yes — and by default they do. Suggestions stay suggestions until approved; write-backs above thresholds you set (amounts, discounts, customer impact) queue for a named approver, and every action is logged with user, time and source.
