What's included
Business and edition fit
We map sales, purchasing, inventory, finance and operational workflows. Each requirement is classified as standard Community, a reviewed add-on or custom development before you approve the scope.
Data migration with reconciliation
Customer and supplier records, products, balances and open transactions move through a staging database. Your team signs off control totals and sample documents before cutover.
UAE workflows and reporting
Tax invoices, accounting outputs, Arabic documents and payroll integrations are scoped against the selected modules. Your finance adviser approves the tax treatment and reporting requirements.
Operational ownership
Agree hosting, backups, restore checks, user permissions, training and maintenance in writing. Community licensing does not remove these operating responsibilities or their cost.
Where Community is a strong fit
Community is worth assessing when you want control over hosting and code, expect substantial customization, or have many operational staff. The decision depends on the functions you actually use. A missing accounting report, mobile workflow or integration can matter more than the licence line on a proposal. We test those gaps before recommending an edition.
An open-source core, a properly costed project
The Community core does not require an Odoo Enterprise per-user or per-employee subscription. Implementation, hosting, support, upgrades and some third-party modules still cost money. We separate one-time delivery from recurring services so you can compare a complete three-year budget with an Enterprise proposal. Enterprise may remain the better choice when its included capabilities outweigh the cost of replacing them.

Frequently asked questions
Is Community free for unlimited employees?
The Community core has no Enterprise employee-seat subscription. Your implementation, infrastructure, integrations and add-on licences have separate costs and capacity limits. Ask for the total operating budget.
Do you work with businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain?
Yes. Our head office is in Al Ain and our site office is in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. We serve businesses across the UAE, with the delivery and support scope agreed for each project.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
No. Pandoratech is an independent Odoo implementation and development company. “Your Odoo partner” describes our relationship with you as your delivery and support partner.
