AI strategy grounded in your business numbers
AI earns its place when it is tied to a business metric — hours saved, errors avoided, revenue protected. We assess your readiness, rank use cases by return and feasibility, prove one in a pilot, then scale what works under proper governance.
AI strategy consulting from Pandoratech is a four-phase engagement for UAE businesses: a readiness assessment of your systems, data and team; a use-case portfolio ranked by ROI and feasibility; a 30–60 day pilot measured against one success metric; and a governed rollout with training and monitoring — delivered bilingually in English and Arabic.

Maturity model
Where is your business on the AI curve?
Every engagement starts by placing you on a five-stage scale. The stage you are on decides what we do next — not the other way round.
- 01
Ad-hoc experiments
Individuals try public tools on their own; no policy, no shared learning, no measurable result.
- 02
Emerging pilots
A few funded trials exist, but they sit outside the systems, data owners and KPIs that matter.
- 03
Defined use cases
A prioritized portfolio with owners, budgets and one success metric per case — ready to pilot properly.
- 04
Integrated workflows
AI runs inside the ERP, CRM or service desk, with logging, access control and human review where it matters.
- 05
AI-driven operations
Models are monitored, retrained and budgeted like any other production system, with clear ownership.
Use-case portfolio
The use-case families we assess first
Not every idea deserves a pilot. We score candidates on data readiness, integration effort, risk and expected return before recommending any build.
Demand forecasting & planning
Forecast sales, stock and staffing from your ERP history — especially valuable around Ramadan, summer and event seasons in the Gulf.
Document intelligence
Extract and check data from invoices, contracts, IDs and delivery notes, with exceptions routed to a human queue.
Customer-service assistants
Bilingual assistants that answer from your policies and history, draft replies and hand over to agents with full context.
Sales intelligence & follow-up
Lead scoring, next-best-action suggestions and follow-up drafting over your CRM — tuned to long Gulf sales cycles.
Knowledge search
RAG search over policies, handbooks and project files, so staff get cited answers instead of digging through drives.
Quality & compliance checks
Automated checks on documents, transactions and records against your rules — VAT fields, contract clauses, KYC completeness.
How an engagement runs
Four phases, one success metric each
A typical strategy engagement takes six to ten weeks from kickoff to a pilot decision. You keep every deliverable either way.
- 1
Weeks 1–2: Readiness assessment
We map your systems, data quality, team skills and constraints — including where data may lawfully live.
- 2
Weeks 3–4: Portfolio & ranking
Candidate use cases scored on ROI, feasibility, risk and time to value, with a recommended first pilot.
- 3
Days 30–60: Pilot
One use case, one success metric, real users and real data — with a go/no-go review at the end.
- 4
Scale & govern
Rollout to more teams, user training, monitoring and a governance model so the system stays healthy.
Frequently asked questions
Where should we start with AI?
Start with an assessment, not a purchase. In two weeks we map your systems, data and team skills, then rank candidate use cases by return and feasibility. Most UAE clients leave that phase with one pilot worth funding — and several ideas parked for later.
Should we build custom AI or buy tools?
Usually both. Off-the-shelf tools cover generic work like drafting and translation; custom builds make sense where the process, data or language is specific to your business. The portfolio phase compares both options per use case before you spend.
Is our data ready for AI?
Rarely fully — and that is normal. The readiness assessment scores data quality, access and ownership per use case. Several strong use cases need only document collections you already have; others need a data cleanup phase first, which we can scope.
What does an AI strategy engagement cost?
We scope the fee after a short discovery call, because it depends on the number of departments, systems and workshops involved. We do not publish a generic price — but the assessment phase carries a fixed, quoted fee before any pilot spending begins.
Do you deliver workshops in Arabic?
Yes. All workshops, deliverables and board presentations are available in English or Arabic, and mixed-language sessions are common with UAE leadership teams. Our consultants present in both languages — nothing is translated after the fact.
How are you different from an AI tool reseller?
A reseller earns margin on licences. We are a software house: we build and run systems, so our advice is judged on what actually ships into your operations. If a simple subscription solves your problem, the assessment will say so.
