Connect booking and commercial work
The installed customisation links resource bookings with sales quotations and restricts booking visibility by team. Commission rules support employee-specific and tiered arrangements.
A clinic with two reception tills needed to move from a working reference system into a clean production ERP. We preserved master data and future bookings, loaded counted opening stock and connected each till to its own stock location and the client’s chart of accounts.
The business could not lose its catalogue, users or upcoming bookings, but production needed a clear cut-off from historical reference transactions. Two tills also had to consume the correct reception stock, with service income distinguished from retail product sales.
We rehearsed the transition end to end on a copy, then built production from the frozen reference. The process preserved master records, retained future bookings, restarted document sequences and applied the supplied chart of accounts. Opening stock came from the client’s count, with average-cost automated valuation.

Each reception till delivers from its own location. Service revenue and product revenue use separate accounts in the client’s chart.
Preserved the master-data baseline, loaded opening stock, set cut-off locks and verified the new environment before making it live. The previous system remains a frozen reference.
The clinic went live on a clean transaction baseline while keeping the operational records staff needed to continue work. Till movements now follow their own reception locations, and the ledger distinguishes service revenue from retail sales.
Production cutover is complete. General-ledger opening balances and accountant sign-off were listed as follow-up items; the case does not claim they are complete.
