The challenge
The brokerage’s lead intake, unit inventory, commission tracking and after-sales follow-up were split across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Duplicate leads, permit-compliance risk and no single customer view were slowing the brokerage down.
Our approach
Rather than a custom build, we proposed a ready-made, Dubai-tuned Real Estate CRM on a SaaS subscription. The platform models the real Dubai transaction: Trakheesi permit tracking, inventory hierarchy from project to unit, timed holds, payment-plan templates, RERA Forms A/B/F, Ejari and Oqood milestones, and a commission engine with multi-tier, milestone-gated splits.
The results
