The challenge
Club operations were split across disconnected tools: race entries written by hand, licence applications tracked in email, auction results in spreadsheets, and owner requests handled over the phone. There was no single source of truth for horses, members or commercial revenue.
Our approach
We built an Odoo-based racing and equestrian club platform with ten integrated business areas. Race calendar, licensing, stud book, ownership transfers, import/export, auctions, sponsorships, table bookings, club news and management dashboards share one approval workflow and one horse master. A mobile self-service app lets owners see their horses, entries and applications.
The results
The club now runs meetings, races and entries through one lifecycle; ownership history is preserved automatically; auction hammer prices feed commercial reporting; and sponsors move through a CRM pipeline to invoicing in QAR. Owners no longer need to call the office for status updates.
